Bill Monroe is the President and a Principal of WGM Design, Inc. and assists in all phases of the firm's projects. His knowledge and experience in planning, programming, design, development costs and development strategy, along with training in green architecture, have contributed to the firm's success in working with a diverse group of corporations, private developers, churches, schools and colleges.

Sean DeLapp is the Vice President and a Principal of WGM Design, Inc and is currently working on various projects including churches, corporate headquarters, private schools, medical office buildings and master planning assignments. Sean oversees the daily management of the firm.

Geoff Haskell is a Principal of the firm and is responsible for a design studio that is currently working on several projects including churches, private schools and master planning for dormitories and other college buildings. Geoff supports the entire firm in concept design studies.

Ashley Walker DeLapp is a Senior Associate of the firm and is responsible for a design studio that is currently working on medical and professional office buildings and interiors as well as several corporate interior projects. Ashley supports the entire firm in furniture, finish and equipment selections for projects.
